Conversational Chat Bot for the Office of the Data Commissioner Kenya (ODPC)

It is the goal of the Government of Kenya to provide essential services to citizens seamlessly online. One significant step is the digital transformation of each and every sector. As a result of this, THiNK has created a ChatBot for the Office of the Data Commissioner (ODPC). The ODPC enforces the  Article 31(c) and (d) of the Constitution; to make provision for the regulation of the processing of personal data; to provide for the rights of data subjects and obligations of data controllers and processors; and for connected purposes.
